Say it, and it is logged
Type what you spent the way you would say it out loud. The assistant reads it and fills in the rest.
A sentence, not a form
“4.50 on coffee yesterday” becomes an expense with the amount, date and category already filled in — you confirm it rather than type it.
Ask about your own money
Ask what you spent on groceries last month, or where a budget went, and get an answer in plain English instead of a chart you have to interpret.
100 messages a month
One allowance, the same for everyone. Run out and nothing else stops — it refreshes on the 1st. In a shared space, everyone draws on the owner's.
Receipts file themselves
Connect Gmail once and the confirmations already sitting in your inbox become expenses, without you forwarding anything.
Read-only, and only receipts
Pursly asks Google for read-only access. It cannot send, edit or delete mail, and it only turns messages it recognises as receipts into expenses.
Checks every 15 minutes
The first check looks back 24 hours, so connecting Gmail will not dump years of old mail into your account. You can also sync on demand.
Cautious on purpose
The same email can never become two expenses. If Pursly is not confident something is a receipt, it skips it — a missing transaction is easier to fix than a wrong one.
Share a space, not your account
A space is a separate, opt-in workspace for a household, a partner or a small team. Your own money stays yours.
Nothing personal crosses over
Transactions, budgets and goals created in a space are shared with everyone in it. Everything you track on your own stays invisible, including anything imported from your Gmail.
The people you invite never pay
One purchase covers the whole space. Members draw on the owner's AI allowance, and joining a space someone else created is free — it does not even count against your own limit of two.
Everyone edits, one person decides
Anyone in a space can add and edit its transactions, goals and budgets. Only the person who created it can invite, remove, or delete the space itself.

A goal you can measure beats a number you hope to hit.
Set a goal, make a pledge
Create a savings goal and commit to a pledge amount — a concrete target that keeps you accountable, not just a wishlist number.
Progress that keeps itself
Contributions update the goal as you make them, so where you stand is a thing you read rather than a thing you calculate.
Wishlist with link previews
Paste a link to the thing you are saving for and it arrives with its image and title attached, so a goal looks like the thing instead of a number.
